Welcome to DivorceCare at Houston's First Baptist Church! We welcome men and women who are currently separated, newly divorced, or have been divorced for years. Our goal is to provide a biblically based approach to understanding and responding to the issues involved in separation and divorce. In addition to relevant, helpful, and often timely topics, most members find the greatest benefit of DivorceCare to come from the support and encouragement from other members of the group. For those who are unsure if this program is right for them, we encourage you to attend at least 3 sessions. There are no fees for attending, but workbooks cost $20 and are an integral part of the 13 week course.
NOTE: As of August 14, 2020, the plan is to meet weekly via Zoom (online video), and then transition to in-person September 16. For those who register, a link will be provided for the weekly DivorceCare video. Updates will be posted here and sent via email to those who have registered for the class.
