Separated? Getting a Divorce? Already Divorced? Going through a long-term relationship Break-up?

Welcome to DivorceCare at Clifton Lutheran Church - we are so happy you are considering this program with us!

We know how hard separation, divorce and overall break-ups can be. Our leaders have first-hand experience with how comforting and reassuring this program is for those in need.

Are you stressed about your finances?

Is the legal system breaking your heart and tearing your family apart?

Are you running the loop in your head, "what could I have done differently?" Or, "Why did she leave me so suddenly?" or worse yet, "Where am I going to live, with the kids? Will I have to sell my house or move to a new town?"

These questions of self-doubt, fear, anxiety and reality all mixed together in any given day or hour, are totally normal when you are processing the "emotional roller coaster" of separation, divorce and also the POST divorce hurts and sadness.

If any of this rings true for you, you are looking at the program that could just be that one missing emotional and spiritual support system that will validate your feelings, and give you a place to learn what's "normal" and what is not, and how you can start turning your outlook and attitude around.

Helpful experts in this video-based program will bring us all through the various topics from bitterness to healing, with practical advice from Christian therapists and clergy. The videos also feature people like us, who have gone through it and survived and healed!

We look forward to the opportunity to walk with you through this tough season of your life.

NOTE: We will provide light snacks - please feel free to bring along your dinner as well.

WEATHER NOTE: Please contact the listed group leader by text, if in question of inclement weather. Additionally, once you have attended a meeting, the leader will use your collected contact info, to text you about any weather-related issues that may affect the meeting occurring or not.
