Coming to a support group can be a difficult thing. But we promise you a warm welcome to a safe place where you can be quiet and listen or engage in discussion. Hearing from others that are experiencing what you're experiencing can be so helpful and the videos present strategies for dealing with those experiences in ways that won't complicate your life down the road but will lead you to a place of healing. As hard as it might be to think about coming, we're really confident, after offering over 30 sessions, that there's something here for you that will be of benefit and making new friends is a pleasant bonus.
