DivorceCare Ministry at Franklin Avenue Baptist Church (FABC)
Is an exciting and innovative ministry at Franklin Avenue Baptist Church (FABC) that is biblically based. For 10 consecutive years, FABC has host weekly DivorceCare meetings that have successfully focused/ministered to children, men, and women that are hurting and trying to heal from separation, thinking of divorce or divorced. FABC realize that there is no quick solution to minimize the pain and anguish that separation or divorce can cause to a family or an individual but FABC has a structured DivorceCare Ministry with qualified lay-trained facilitators that believe that only the Word of God can transpose pain into peace.
FABC DivorceCare Ministry is designed to help children, men and women recover to a healthy and happy lifestyle with God as the center of their lives and decisions. The ongoing three, 13-week cycles per year are viewed on videos and performed by professional counselors, authors and Christian experts that address the emotional, spiritual and practical needs of divorced and separated people with foundational, biblical teaching.
FABC DivorceCare Ministry realizes that once an individual make up their minds to seek help, there must be a place for them to go. Let us help provide a place where confidentiality and spiritual healing is provided.
