We watch a DVD, go over a workbook, and have discussion of the topics. Examples of topics are Finances, Loneliness, Anger, Depression, etc. Join the group anytime; new topic each week.
The cost is $17 for the adult workbook. If you have been in the class before, we are using the same workbook. .
